La Tourangelle Walnut oil has been hand-crafted in Saumur in the Loire Valley, France, following a 150 year old French tradition. The walnuts used to extract the oil are roasted in wood, expeller-pressed and lightly filtered. This oil adds a rich walnut taste to your salad dressing, pasta, baked pastries, and is perfect to dip in bread. It’s also delicious drizzled over cheese.
