La Tourangelle Black truffle oil has been hand-crafted in Saumur in the Loire Valley, France, following a 150 year old French tradition. They use expeller-pressed Grapeseed oil, which is slowly infused with black truffle aroma to create that strong, intense, earthy flavour, which will bring a beautiful aroma to your dishes. As grapeseed oil is a relatively neutral oil the flavour of the black truffle really shines through. Fabulous with with pasta, mashed potatoes, meat and numerous other dishes.
