La Tourangelle White truffle oil has been hand-crafted in Saumur in the Loire Valley, France following a 150 year old French tradition. They use expeller-pressed Grapeseed oil, which is slowly infused with white truffle aroma to create that strong, intense, earthy flavour, which will bring a beautiful aroma to your dishes. As grapeseed oil is relatively neutral the flavour of the white truffle really comes through. Fabulous with with pasta, mashed potatoes, meat and numerous other dishes.
