These gorgeous La Catedral de Navarra Baby Broadbeans in Olive Oil are delicious. The baby broadbeans are hand picked at the exact moment of tenderness and size and prepared in the traditional Spanish way – fried in olive oil and peeled by hand. They have a sweet, nutty flavour with a slight crunch. A perfect addition to a salad, or incorporated into risotto or just serve them on their own as side dish.
