Product Description
These gorgeous La Catedral de Navarra Piquillo Peppers are harvested in late summer, early autumn for optimum ripeness. These peppers are fire roasted and peeled by hand, with no water contact for the best flavour. Perfect on a paella or a home made pizza or fill them with your choice of filling (tuna is great!) for a superb tapas, appetiser or snack.
These exquisite Piquillo peppers are designated “DOP Lodosa” guaranteeing that the peppers have been sourced and prepared according to strict production methods, from cultivation in fertile soil near the Ebro River to manual harvesting and preparation, preserving their unique characteristics.
