These gorgeous La Catedral de Navarra Spanish Tomatoes are vine matured tomatoes that have been picked at the end of the Spanish summer in August. Made from the Tomato Pear variety, this antioxidant rich whole tomato has a consistent balance of acidity & sugar content. They are deliciously tender and sweet. Eat straight from jar, serve on crusty bread or add to any dish requiring tomatoes.
