About the Producer

Alexander Bornibus took over a Paris mustard factory in 1860 and quickly became known as the “King of Mustard” in France. His success led to the creation of many more traditional French pantry products. Today, each product blends French tradition with modern gourmet appeal. On the occasion of their 170th anniversary, Maison Bornibus, a symbol of French culinary savoir-faire, was awarded the Palme d’Or Internationale prize. This prestigious honour in recognition of the House’s enduring contribution to the international influence of French gastronomy.
