Product Description
Ortiz Sardines in olive oil are produced using time honoured fishing methods and curing techniques. The Ortiz family prepare their sardines a la antigua -“the old way”- a process that leaves the fish tender from cooking with skin and bones still on. The result is a traditional soft, delicate, but meaty texture.

Toni Tarlau (verified owner) –
The gold standard in sardines. Plump and flavoursome with beautiful texture . And what a jaunty looking can . While they’re waiting to be opened thé can is quite a conversation piece displayed on my shelf.
