The Sea Delights Box Set from Les Belles de Marseille is a fabulous selection of 4 French Mediterranean Bisques. Inside the nicely presented box is 4 x 400g tins of these delicious traditional French broths:
- A bouillabaisse composed of a subtle, finely spiced broth of fish, onions, leeks, tomato paste, and generous pieces of conger eels, fish, potatoes, monkfish tails and squid.
- A fish velouté: traditional velouté rich in fish, onions, leeks, rice, tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, rapeseed oil, crème fraîche, salt, aromatic plants, spices including saffron.
- A crab bisque made from crabs, conger eel, tomato paste, rice, onions, carrots, modified corn starch, extra virgin olive oil, rapeseed oil , white wine, salt, crème fraîche, cognac, butter, milk, sugar, spices, aromatic plants.
- A lobster bisque prepared with lobster, conger eel, tomato paste, rice, onions, carrots, modified corn starch, extra virgin olive oil, rapeseed oil, white wine, salt, crème fraîche, cognac, butter, milk, sugar, spices and aromatic plants.
ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Les Belles de Marseille canned seafood is produced by French company, Ferrigno. They have their own fishing fleet in Port Saint Louis du Rhone, in Provence in the heart of the Mediterranean region, and their own plant located less than 100m from the port which is how they ensure quality and freshness all the way.
Bouillabaise
Broth (55%): Water, fish (27%) (conger eel (Conger Conger), capelin (Mallotus Villosus), red mullet (Mullus Surmuletus)), vegetables (onion, leek), tomato paste, modified corn starch, salt, extra virgin olive oil, rapeseed oil, aromatic plants, spices.
Garnish (45%): Conger Eel (Conger conger), weaver (Trachindee), monkfish (Lote Lote), Squid (Loligo Vulgeris or Dosidicus giges)

Crab Bisque

Lobster Bisque
