This unctuous crab bisque from French producer, Lou Ferrignade, is prepared in Provence according to the traditional recipe of the fishermen of the Gulf. It has been made with crab and fish that has been pressed, not crushed. The result is an authentic crab bisque which is fabulous accompanied by pasta for soup or poured over toasted bread croutons. It also makes a great base for a bouillabaisse – just add your own seafood! Sensational!
