Perfect for authentic taste and textured paella!
If it doesn’t have a socarrat it’s not real paella as far as I’m concerned and do many places serve it without…it’s just wrong!
This rice produced the best paella I’ve ever cooked so I won’t be looking any further for the perfect rice.
Service was very fast from the culinary club also. I am very happy to have discovered this little spot of ‘foodie heaven’… probably a bit of a trap, but a good one!🤣😂
