El Navarrico Artichoke Hearts are premium, hand-peeled Spanish artichokes grown in the fertile Ebro River Valley of Navarra.  These tender, hand-peeled artichoke hearts are poached in small batches for a pure, delicate flavour. They are then preserved in a light brine to maintain their natural flavour. Perfect in salads, paella, pasta, or served simply with bread and wine.
