Bailaor Salted Capers are tiny Spanish lilliput capers in a gorgeous little glass jar. Just wash the salt off and they are ready to eat. Unlike mass-produced capers packed in vinegar, these are preserved using the traditional Mediterranean dry-salting method. This process locks in a firm texture and a distinctively sharp, sweet flavour profile once rinsed. These baby capers are sharp and sweet, with a great burst of flavour. Add them to a tuna pasta, sprinkle them over freshly BBQ fish or toss them in a salad. Remember to rinse the salt off them first before using. Delicious!
