Enormously popular in France, D’aucy Flageolets are a small green kidney bean. You can use them in a myriad of dishes, from mixed bean salads, soups and stews, or even tossed in butter to accompany a Sunday roast. Small, creamy and pale green, these beans have a tender skin and a delicate flavour. Simply delicious!

D’aucy has been growing and preserving premium quality vegetables in Brittany, France since 1965. In 1979 D’aucy became a farmer’s co-operative which today comprises 1500 farmer-members in Brittany, all focussed on growing and preserving only the best quality vegetables.
