This fabulous Tapas Boxed Seafood selection has been put together by French producer Ferrigno under the brand Les Belles de Marseille. It comprises four tins of exquisite canned seafood delicacies that are ideal for a tapas platter. Inside the nicely presented box is a tin of each of these:

Provencal Squid (Encornets a la provencale) – squid in a traditional Provencal tomato based sauce.

Small Sardines (Les Pitchounettes) – in extra virgin olive oil.

Mussels in Escabeche (Moules a l’escabeche) – mussels in a pickled sauce.

Squid with olive oil & garlic (Encornets a l’huile d’olive et a l’ail) – extra virgin olive oil and garlic.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Les Belles de Marseille canned seafood is produced by French company, Ferrigno. They have their own fishing fleet in Port Saint Louis du Rhone, in Provence in the heart of the Mediterranean region, and their own plant located less than 100m from the port which is how they ensure quality and freshness all the way.
