This two-day cooking process gives the oil its intense depth and crunch.

About the producer
Melbourne-based Six-Eyed Scorpion is the brainchild of classically trained chef Sandra Seah and Jordana Adams. Seah had been making crispy chilli oil for years in restaurant kitchens, and the duo saw a gap for premium quality chilli oil in the market. They began small, selling at local markets with simple labels and humble branding. Through word of mouth and a dedication to quality and consistency, Six-Eyed Scorpion built a cult following that lasts to this day.
