Ottolenghi Smokey & Sweet Marcona Almonds are very moreish!  Marcona almonds are softer and richer than your average almond – and these ones have been given the full Ottolenghi treatment. A bold spice blend of paprika, cumin, coriander, garlic and cayenne brings real depth and warmth, balanced with some sweetness. Put them out for guests, or finish before anyone arrives!

Although now famous for his fabulous restaurants and cookbooks, Ottolenghi began in a small shop in Notting Hill in 2002. Ottolenghi has developed a style of food which is rooted in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean traditions, but which also draws in diverse influences and ingredients from around the world. He is all about the creation of a meal which is full of colour, flavour, bounty and joy. Smoking, aging, infusing, browning—these are some of the ways he draws out and intensifies flavour.
