Lucien Georgelin Country Pâté with South West Hazelnuts is an authentic French pork  pâté that has been elevated by the inclusion of hazelnuts from the South-West of France. These little crunchy bits of hazelnut scattered throughout add a lovely sweetness and texture that makes each bite a bit of a surprise. Perfect served with crusty bread, crackers or lavosh.

About the Producer

Previously a farmer, Lucien Georgelin ventured into jam-making to supplement his income in 1982. His goal has remained unchanged: to highlight local fruits, vegetables, and meats in delicious and innovative products. In the summer months he focussed on producing his renowned jams but in the winter he filled his days working on other traditional products such as pate and foie gras. His devotion to quality, excellence and tradition has seen his artisan business blossom into a major respected producer of fine French products.
