These premium Spanish canned sardines are wild-caught and preserved in olive oil by  Costa Brava producer L’Escala. They have a beautiful shine, vivid silver colour, and  intense flavour.

Anxoves de L’Escala has been processing tinned fish since 1940, preserving the best fish and preparing semi preserved fillets, marinated and in olive oil. Famous for their anchovies they now preserve sardines and tuna as well. They carefully select the raw materials using traditional methods and expertise passed down from generation to generation. They are based in the town of L’Escala on the Costa Brava, Spain.
