These delicious Guindilla peppers are from the Basque region of Spain. We love them and know you will too. They have been grown and prepared by artisanal producer, Agina Eusko, for Melbourne chef Frank Camorra of MoVida restaurant fame. They’re so good, he put his own label on them! Fabulous as part of a tapas plate or charcuterie board, we also love them on home-made Pizza.
Agina Eusko is the father and son team behind a boutique pepper company located in the Basque Country in Northern Spain. The pair specialise in a small variety of green pepper that its ubiquitous across the Basque restaurant scene – the small, sweet green Guindilla Pepper. All the peppers are grown in the company’s own fields and all the pickling and packing is carried out in house and by hand. It’s as artisanal as you can get.
