Edmond Fallot Tarragon Dijon Mustard is a classic piquant dijon mustard combined with fresh Tarragon leaves. This mustard is perfect with chicken, quail, pheasant, and other fowl. And it adds a lovely herbal note to salad dressings and marinades.
About the Producer
We love Edmond Fallot mustards which are produced in Beaune, France – near Dijon. The family-owned company was started in 1840 and is now in the hands of Edmond Fallot’s grandson, Marc Désarménien. Mustard seeds are selected for their high quality and ground in a traditional stone mill. This traditional process preserves the pure flavour and texture of the ingredients.

Tarragon Dijon Mustard, this mustard is addictive! I’ve always bought Dijon mustard, but never bought the Tarragon version and I don’t know if I’ll be able to go back to plain Dijon mustard. You can taste the beautiful tarragon, subtle yet still apparent. Fantastic servcie, quick and reasonably priced. Will be back very soon!
