Product Description

This Chicken Supreme in White Wine and Morels Sauce is a classic French dish from outstanding producer, Maison Godard.

Two chicken pieces on the bone are simmered in a delicious sauce made with duck stock, cream, white wine and morel mushrooms. It’s just delicious and the overall flavour is wonderfully balanced.

Simply heat in a traditional oven at 180C for 20 minutes or warm gently in a saucepan. Serve it with fresh pasta, rice or steamed potatoes to absorb the delicious sauce! Or have some crusty bread ready on the side!

This tin contains two serves. We suggest a modest meal for two, with accompaniments, or a generous meal for one.

about the producer

Maison Godard was founded in 1978 by Alain and Michèle Godard in Gourdon, a medieval village inside the Quercy-Périgord region of France. Using only the best produce  from the region they became renowned for the supreme quality of their foie gras, specialities with foie gras, confits, pâtés and ready made-meals. Later their children Pascal and Annabel joined the business to continue the tradition of quality and authenticity that the family is famous for.
