Maison Sabaton has processed chestnuts in the Ardèche region of France for over a century. Founded in 1907, this French family business preserves unique, artisanal methods, rooted in the soil and history of the region. Today the Company is run by Anatole Sabaton – the fourth generation to helm this family company which is now the leading name in France’s chestnut processing industry.
