About the Producer
Boulangerie Grissol has been mastering the craft of fine bread-making since 1942, when it began as a small French bakery in Quebec, Canada. Nearly eighty years later, the tradition continues with real bakers using only real ingredients and no artificial additives, trans fats or cholesterol.
