About the Producer
Previously a farmer, Lucien Georgelin ventured into jam-making to supplement his income in 1982. His goal has remained unchanged: to highlight local fruits, vegetables, and meats in delicious and innovative products. In the summer months he focussed on producing his renowned jams but in the winter he filled his days working on other traditional products such as pate and foie gras. His devotion to quality, excellence and tradition has seen his artisan business blossom into a major respected producer of fine French products.
