Loved it. Have spent a lot of time in the Dordogne and this brought back great memories

Great! It brings our memory back to France.

Excellent goose foie, I personally found it a little “tinny” tasting, NOT horribly so though, others didn’t at all. When I ate some that was leftover a couple of days later, I did think it has lost that tin taste though. So maybe it just needs to be initially refrigerated, taken out of the tin and fridged again to breathe for a bit?

Comme Noel en France. This is just French delicacy, served on small toasts of white bread.
