Famous around the world for their superb mustards, this family-owned company was started in 1840 in Beaune near Dijon, in the heart of Burgundy, and is now in the hands of Edmond Fallot’s grandson, Marc Désarménien. Mustard seeds are selected for their high quality and ground in a traditional stone mill. This traditional process preserves the pure flavour and texture of the ingredients. Over the years Edmond Fallot has enriched its range to include classic French culinary products like vinegars, and other condiments such as cornichons and other pickles.
