Their English horseradish is harvested all year round in root form, to ensure it is as fresh, strong and powerful as possible. The perfect accompaniment to a traditional Sunday roast beef, it’s also wonderful served with smoked trout or salmon.

About the Producer
Whilst reading the 17th Century diary of John Evelyn, Tracklements’ founder, William Tullberg found a recipe for Wholegrain Mustard. His curiosity piqued, he tried his hand at the art of mustard making in his home in Urchfont, Wiltshire. He sold a few jars of his fabulous mustard to the local pub, complete with handwritten labels. Wholegrain Mustard in the UK was reborn. Within a couple of years he was selling his mustard at Harrods and from these humble beginnings John went on to create a wide range of condiments and preserves. In 2007 Tracklements was awarded Speciality Producer of the Year in the Great Taste Awards reflecting their commitment to making the best products, using the best ingredients and traditional, handmade cooking techniques.
