El Serpis is a historic Spanish brand famous for hand-selected Manzanilla olives. Founded by Cándido Miró in 1926 in Alcoy, Spain, he revolutionised the market by pioneering the mechanised pitting and stuffing of olives. Today their olives are enjoyed in over 50 countries around the world.
