ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Sabatino Tartufi has been producing fine truffle products since its beginnings as a family company in a small village in Umbria, Italy in 1911. Their success has led to their award-winning products being sold all over the world today.
Champignon mushrooms (agaricus bisporus) 56%, extra virgin olive oil, black olives, black summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt.) 5%, aroma, porcini mushroom extract (boletus edulis), salt.
