Truffle mushroom mascarpone dip -decadence
you will need:
- 150g Mascarpone
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped spring onion
- 2 Tbsp Tartufata Truffle Mushroom Paste
- Salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients together.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate until ready to serve.
This dish is sensational as a dip with your favourite bread, lavosh, or cracker. It is also a brilliant addition to a perfectly cooked steak. Just spoon a generous dollop on top of the steak and serve. _____________________________________________________________________________
