The Arnaud family have been producing fine terrines and rillettes in Aixe-sur-Vienne in the Limousin region of France since 1950. In that year André Arnaud started his butcher shop and began creating his own products which became very popular in the local area. By 1969 his son, Jean-Pierre, established a larger production facility and their products were being sold all over France. Today the business is in the hands of André’s grandson, Pierre, who carries on the fine family tradition of crafting delicious meat products with premium quality ingredients and three generations of artisanal knowledge.
