Stonebarn black truffle oil contains black Perigord truffle pieces, grown on their own truffiere in Manjimup, Western Australia and expertly infused with extra virgin olive oil. This gorgeous oil has a rich earthy flavour which adds an unmatched aroma to any dish. Truffle oil should be used as a finishing oil. Drizzle it over salads, grilled meat, fish or poultry and of course it goes brilliantly with pasta, risotto and pizza.
