If you love Escargots, you’ll love these beautiful snails from Spain. Caracoles as the Spanish call them are simply preserved in brine and are as natural as they come. The Caracoles, or garden snails, are sourced from the fields that produce the Navarre region’s vegetables. The snails are quickly purged, then slowly poached in brine before being bottled in their shells. These snails are meaty, full flavoured and best served with lashings of garlic butter.
This jar serves two and contains approximately 24-30 snails.
