Product Description

This Sauerkraut with Confit Duck  is a classic French dish from outstanding producer, Maison Godard. The sauerkraut is prepared with Southwest Confit Duck, duck sausage and a little smoked pork breast. Simply reheat in the oven and serve hot complete with boiled potatoes for an authentic French bistro classic at home.

about the producer

Maison Godard was founded in 1978 by Alain and Michèle Godard in Gourdon, a medieval village inside the Quercy-Périgord region of France. Using only the best produce  from the region they became renowned for the supreme quality of their foie gras, specialities with foie gras, confits, pâtés and ready made-meals. Later their children Pascal and Annabel joined the business to continue the tradition of quality and authenticity that the family is famous for.

Sauerkraut 45%. Topping: duck confit 19% from France, duck sausage 16% (pork from France, duck meat from France, salt, pepper), smoked pork belly 3% from France.
Sauce: veal broth (wheat), white wine, onion, duck fat, salt, spices, garlic.
