Started by the father, the business has now been taken over by his son to carry on the Satayum tradition through the next generation. Made to an authentic family recipe using Australian peanuts, this traditional satay sauce has a rich flavour and luscious consistency. It’s perfect with any meat, used in a stir-fry or simply as a dip. We love it with sliced eye fillet steak.
