This fabulous Sardine Gift Set selection has been put together by French producer Ferrigno. It’s for the true sardine lover! It comprises three tins of exquisite canned sardines. Inside the presentation pack is a gorgeously illustrated tin of each of these:

• Sardines a la Pissaladiere. Pissaladiere is a traditional onion tart flavoured with anchovies olives and herbs, popular in the south of France, especially around Nice. These sardines have been prepared with these flavours!
• Sardines a la Ratatouille. These sardines have been enhanced with the addition of a delicious Ratatouille.
• Sardines au Citron Confit. These sardines have been deliciously flavoured with the infusion of candied lemon.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Ferrigno have their own fishing fleet in Port Saint Louis du Rhone, in Provence in the heart of the Mediterranean region, and their own plant located less than 100m from the port which is how they ensure quality and freshness all the way.
