Product Description
These Salted Butter Caramels by La Maison d’Armorine are presented in a round wooden box. We love salted butter caramels from France and our favourites are made by La Maison d’Armorine. They use only local ingredients sourced from Brittany – fresh butter, milk, crème fraîche, Guérande salt and cane sugar while retaining traditional manufacturing processes using copper cauldrons and over 70 years of experience. Their lightly salted buttery caramels are a wonderful flavour sensation. Presented in a round wooden box this makes a great gift for a sweet tooth! This box contains approximately 7 individually wrapped caramels.
about the producer
La Maison d’Armorine is based in Quiberon in Brittany, France. In 1946 confectioners Yvonne and Raymond Audebert began making their famous “les Niniches” lollipops – in a delicious salted butter caramel and a multitude of fruit flavours. In post-war France, where sugar was being rediscovered after the privations of war, success was immediate for the famous Niniche. From these humble beginnings in post-war France the Company introduced more varieties of their famous confectionery and is today managed by a third generation of family artisans.

Wonderfully smooth & buttery salted caramel… just wish these were a little harder rather than being so soft. The little wooden container is a nice touch!
