This unctuous, rich rockfish bisque (Soupe de poissons de roche) from French producer Ferrigno, is prepared in Provence according to the traditional recipe of the fishermen of the Gulf. It has been made with rock fish that has been pressed, not crushed. The result is an authentic rockfish bisque which is fabulous accompanied by pasta or poured over toasted bread croutons. It also makes a great base for a bouillabaisse – just add your own seafood! Sensational! This 500ml bottle serves two.
