COVID-19 ADVISORY

This update provides information on how The Culinary Club is currently operating. We update it frequently. New information has been provided on flood effects and international supply chain issues.

Handling your order

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (business days) of receipt when placed on weekdays. For non-Express Post orders placed on weekends and Monday mornings some may currently be dispatched on Tuesday. We are extremely busy, and working hard to get orders on the way as soon as possible. Please be patient.

Delivering your order

We use Australia Post for most deliveries, but from time to time use other courier services – Couriers Please and Aramex – to broaden our ability to get your parcel to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Stock

We  have good stock levels of most products but there continue to be disruptions arising from COVID effects in supplying countries and global and local supply chain disruptions. Shipping timetables have been heavily disrupted and there are delays in cargoes being delivered and cleared through Customs. As a result we are seeing long delays in shipments of many imported products.

If a product is out of stock please use the Waitlist feature. You will be notified by email when that item is back in stock.
