Designed for use on any type of wine cork or bottle, the Le Creuset TM200 Table Model Corkscrew features Le Creuset’s unique Active-ball technology to bring added simplicity to opening your wine. Simply turn the soft touch handle, no pulling is needed. Just remove the foil from the wine bottle. Then place the corkscrew on the neck of the bottle until the internal shoulders rest on the bottle top.
Hold the base of the corkscrew firmly and start to screw with a little pressure and a clockwise half turn. As you continue to turn clockwise, the cork begins to climb up the spiral and out of the bottle. There is no need to pull the cork from the bottle. Once the cork is out, remove the corkscrew from the bottle. Just hold it firmly while you turn the handle anti-clockwise, and the patented, “Double-helix” pushes the cork off the spiral. So easy!
