This delicious Foie Gras is from the south-west of France and is made with Armagnac. Elegantly presented in a conserve glass jar it makes a wonderful gift for a foodie, or just enjoy it yourself. We always include some on our platters at home and it’s perfect on its own with Lavosh or good quality sourdough bread. Sublime!
Culinary Club Tip: There is a serving recommendation on the packaging in French. If you do not read French, Celine has provided this translation: “To get the best flavour out of this product, simply refrigerate for an hour and then run hot water over the jar. Enjoy direct from the jar or empty entire contents of the jar, and present thinly sliced.”
