Guinea Fowl Millefeuille with 20% Foie Gras is a superb and luxurious terrine made with Guinea Fowl and pork meat layered with a sublime duck foie gras. There are three layers of the terrine interspersed with two layers of foie gras. The result is a delicious, creamy, decadent terrine. It can be served as a starter dish, paired with a leafy salad. Or try it as part of a platter with crusty bread or on toasted bread or quality crackers. We recommend refrigerating before serving to help it set more firmly.

about the producer

Maison Godard was founded in 1978 by Alain and Michèle Godard in Gourdon, a medieval village inside the Quercy-Périgord region of France. Using only the best produce  from the region they became renowned for the supreme quality of their foie gras, specialities with foie gras, confits, pâtés and ready made-meals. Later their children Pascal and Annabel joined the business to continue the tradition of quality and authenticity that the family is famous for.
