about the producer
Joseph Walker founded the company when he opened his village bakery in 1898 in Aberlour, Scotland. He developed a huge following for his excellent shortbread which made him and the company he founded famous. In time the business branched out into a wide variety of other baked goods and now it is his grandchildren and great grandchildren that continue the tradition of fine baking that he started.
