The lace crepe or gavotte, is a light, fine and crispy biscuit from Brittany in France and is known worldwide by gourmets for its deliciously crunchy texture. They’re fabulous with ice cream and other desserts.
Gavottes crispy crepes are made by placing a little dough made with eggs, flour, butter, sugar, milk and vanilla, on a hot cast iron plate. While still hot, it is gently rolled up, then once cooled it is wrapped in gold foil. Preference goes to raw materials produced by French farmers. These crispy Brittany crepes contain no food colourings, preservatives, palm oil or GMOs. There are 24 in this pack.
