With a beautifully enticing aroma, Finca La Barca sweet smoked paprika adds that perfect sweet smoked flavour to paella, stews, sausages, roasted or grilled meat and vegetables. This superb paprika is from Spain’s La Vera region where farmers harvest and dry the chillies over wood fires, creating the famed smoked paprika or Pimentón de La Vera. This product is certified under the Protected Designation of Origin “Pimentón de La Vera” which means that it has been made according to the exacting process and quality  standards demanded in the region.

Finca La Barca is located in the Extremadura region of Spain, renowned for the quality of its agricultural produce. Here, Cecilio Oliva and his sons Javier and Carlos oversee the production of peppers, with a coveted “Protected Designation of Origin” classification, from growing the plants to production and packing. You can really taste the quality of their products.
