This tin of duck confit 12 legs, or confit de canard, from Jean Larnaudie is perfect to have in your pantry for those times when you simply don’t have time to confit your own duck. This tin is perfect for a dinner party. It contains 12 duck legs cooked and preserved in duck fat. Simply remove from the tin and heat in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 15 minutes. For even more decadence scrape excess fat off the legs and from the can, mix with Herbes de Provence, salt and pepper, coat your potatoes and roast til golden brown. Sensational!!
