This authentic Blanquette – a French Duck casserole in a creamy sauce – from Jean Larnaudie in the south-west of France, is simply delicious. Pieces of succulent duck with carrots, onions and mushrooms and spices are cooked in fresh cream. Simply reheat and serve. Serve with crusty bread to mop up the sauce and you’re in heaven. This jar serves two people. We love it!
