Tip: If your recipe calls for fresh mushrooms divide the quantity by 9 to convert to dried mushroom equivalent. Our 20g pack converts to an eqivalent of about 180g fresh mushrooms when reconstituted. To reconstitute, simply soak the dried mushrooms in warm water (not hot) for 15-20 minutes. The water makes a great stock when done!
