Tip: If your recipe calls for fresh mushrooms this 30g pack converts to an equivalent of about 90g fresh mushrooms when reconstituted. To reconstitute, simply soak the dried mushrooms in warm water (not hot) for 30 minutes. Drain, rinse and dry and use in your recipe. The water makes a great stock when done!
